As I work diligently to keep my carbon footprint to a minimum, we will work “virtually” via the technology available to us today. We can meet on Skype, Messenger, FaceTime, What’s App or even telephone.
Prior to our first session, I will send you a questionnaire via email. The answers you provide me will give me a glimpse into your life and how you are currently feeling. It will also provide me with a place to start our first session in order to maximize your time. We will be diving right in.
We will decide together when the best time is for us to meet. I do all of my own scheduling.
My time zone is Central European (UTC+01:00) – Stockholm.
In order for you to understand how the coaching process works, know that I am the facilitator of the meeting. I ask you questions in order to gather information and I also use a formalized structure to keep the meeting moving towards YOUR goals.
My goal with coaching you is to help you DARE more and find more strength in your day to day.
I ask that when we meet, please put yourself in a place where you will not be distracted by work, children, pets, computers, social media, etc. I request your full focus as I am giving you mine.
